There is no cost to join or monthly charges (if you take email billing and direct debit to credit card or bank account), only charges for the calls you make and a $11 fee if you port out on this plan

Direct Debit to Bank Account or Credit Card authority is compulsory and a condition of connection. You may pay by cheque, credit card, money order or BPAY up until the due date and the direct debit won't apply. If you do not take direct debit a monthly fee of $2.97 inc GST will apply.

Bill to be received as PDF to nominated Email address. If email billing is not chosen a fee of $1.98 per month will apply for paper bills.

You may be required to pay a contract termination fee, other fees or outstanding balances to your existing provider. This is your responsibility.

For 24 Month contract terms termination fee is months remaining in contract multiplied by the monthly access fee and if you port out a relevant fee may apply.

For 0 Month contract terms there is no contract termination fee, only a relevant port out fee.
